Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vibingbase, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Service Description

Vibingbase provides an AI-powered platform for creating desktop applications through natural language interactions. The service includes application generation, hosting, updates, and distribution features.

User Responsibilities

When using Vibingbase, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
  • Not create applications that violate laws or infringe on others' rights
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform

Prohibited Use and Content

You must NOT use Vibingbase to create applications that:

  • Contain, promote, or facilitate illegal activities, violence, harassment, or hate speech
  • Include sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content of any kind
  • Involve gambling, weapons, drugs, or other regulated or prohibited substances
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code that could harm users or systems
  • Collect or process personal data without proper consent or legal basis
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content or applications that violate these policies. Accounts found in violation will be immediately suspended or terminated without refund.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the applications you create using Vibingbase. We grant you a license to use our platform to generate and distribute these applications. Vibingbase retains all rights to the platform itself, including our AI models, infrastructure, and proprietary technology.

Payment and Credits

Vibingbase operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you interact with the AI to build or modify applications. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable but never expire.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability and User Responsibility

Vibingbase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, applications, or revenue.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICATIONS CREATED USING VIBINGBASE. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You bear full legal responsibility for any applications you create, share, or distribute
  • Vibingbase has NO responsibility or liability for illegal, harmful, or prohibited content in user-generated applications
  • You will indemnify and hold Vibingbase harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform or applications you create
  • Vibingbase is not responsible for ensuring your applications comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Any consequences resulting from violations of law, third-party rights, or these terms are your sole responsibility

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBINGBASE DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND APPLICATIONS. WE ARE A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM PROVIDER ONLY.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, you will retain access to your application source code but may lose access to hosting and distribution features.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Vibingbase after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
